Agri Agrobusiness Sdn. Bhd. (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it, in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
1. Information we collect
This website does not have registration, online payment or contact forms, and we do not ask you to submit personal information on it. We only receive personal information directly from you when you choose to contact us:
- WhatsApp: when you message us, we receive your name (as shown on WhatsApp), your phone number and the contents of your messages.
- Facebook: if you follow or message our Facebook Page, we can see your public profile name and any messages you send us.
2. Analytics and other third-party services
This website uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the site. It sets cookies on your device and collects information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, your approximate location and your browser and device type. We see this only as aggregated statistics and do not use it to identify individual visitors. Google’s handling of this information is covered by its own Privacy Policy.
This website also loads fonts from Google Fonts and a script from the jsDelivr content delivery network. Loading these sends your IP address to those providers. We do not receive this information.
These services are not necessary for the website to display its content. Google Analytics is therefore not loaded until you accept it in the cookie notice shown on your first visit. If you decline, or simply ignore it, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your answer at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of any page.
3. How we use your information
We use this information only to reply to your enquiries, take and arrange orders and deliveries, and provide customer service. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-party platforms
WhatsApp and Facebook are operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you use them, your information is also handled under Meta’s own privacy policies, which we do not control.
5. Embedded content from Facebook
Some pages on this website show videos embedded from our Facebook Page. When you view these pages, the video is not loaded until you click to play it, so nothing is sent to Facebook unless you choose to watch. Once you do, Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.) may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and may set cookies on your device, even if you do not have a Facebook account. If you are logged in to Facebook, Meta may link this visit to your account. We do not receive or control this information. Please see Meta’s Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy for details.
6. Retention
We keep your messages and contact details only as long as needed to serve you or as required by law.
